User Agreement and Platform Terms of Use

1. Scope and Platform Purpose

Oryvic provides software tools for resume evaluation, evidence extraction, and compliance reporting. Our platform helps recruiters and employers make informed, evidence-based hiring choices. We help you hire with facts. We make your job simple.

Oryvic is not an employment agency or legal counsel. The final hiring decision always rests with the employer. You remain responsible for fair labor practices within your organization. We give you the tools, but you make the call. The choice is always yours.

Our tools are designed to assist human decision makers. We do not automate hiring or replace human judgment. Real people always stay in control of the final choice. This keeps hiring human, warm, and fair.

2. User Accounts and Security

You must keep your account login details secure. You agree to notify Oryvic immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Please keep your password safe. We help you protect your account.

You must ensure that all job descriptions and applicant files you upload comply with relevant privacy and labor laws. You must have the right to upload candidate files. You must act in good faith.

Each user must have their own login credentials. Sharing accounts across multiple staff members is not permitted. This protects candidate privacy and system security. It keeps everyone accountable and safe.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Platform access is billed on a recurring subscription or credit basis. All charges are in South African Rand (ZAR) via authorized payment partners, including Paystack. You pay in local currency. There are no foreign bank fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. There are no cancellation penalties. You can cancel with one click.

Prices are clearly displayed on our website before you make a purchase. There are no hidden fees or surprise renewal costs. What you see is what you pay. You stay in control of your budget.

4. Limitation of Liability

Oryvic provides documentation tools designed to support compliance with South African labor legislation. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in legal disputes or CCMA hearings. The law depends on your real facts.

Employers remain solely accountable for procedural fairness in all recruitment and selection processes. We help you gather proof, but fair practice is in your hands. We stand by you with clear data. We help you stay on track.
