Billing Terms and Cancellation Procedures

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your user dashboard. When you cancel, your account remains active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

No further charges will be made to your payment method after cancellation. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods once service has been accessed. You keep full access until the period ends.

You can continue to download previous reports and audit packs even after you cancel your subscription. Your data remains yours to keep. You never lose your past work.

2. Unused Credit Packages

We want you to feel confident when buying credit packs. Unused report credits are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just send us a quick note. We help right away.

Once a credit has been used to process candidate resumes or generate an audit pack, that credit is considered delivered and cannot be refunded. We only charge for work that is done.

If you bought credits by mistake, simply contact our support team before using them. We will process your return quickly and with no fuss. We make it easy for you.

3. Service Availability and Billing Support

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service, please let us know immediately. Our support team will investigate the issue and apply appropriate account credits.

If you notice an unexpected charge on your statement, email support@oryvic.com. We review all billing inquiries within two business days and resolve valid claims promptly. We want every customer to be happy.

4. Safe and Transparent Payments

All transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers such as Paystack. Your credit card information is never stored directly on our servers. Your payment details are always safe.

We send email receipts for every transaction so you can keep accurate tax and accounting records for your business. We keep your billing clean and simple. You always know where you stand.
